On May 7, join Slow Food at Camas Country Mill for a tour of their milling facility at 1pm. The Open House hours are 1-5pm. Many of you may be aware of their bakery on Purkerson Road in Junction City. That is the bakery and schoolhouse location. The mill is in a different building, in Eugene.
